Privacy Policy

Screen Selection Policy

The A&L Price Calculator for screens allows you to review the options applicable to the A&L windows and doors in your home. Although every care is taken to provide accurate information and options, errors may occur from time to time. If you suspect the options presented to you may not be accurate or if you need assistance at any stage of the process, a Help icon has been provided at the top of the screen to request assistance from a member of the A&L team.

A&L will only provide screens to suit A&L window and door products at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Validation Policy

Once you are happy with your selection and submit your order, a member of the A&L team will validate the details for data accuracy and legislative compliance before sending you an email request for payment. Your order will not be scheduled for installation until full payment has been received, at which point a member of our team will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable time for your screens to be fitted.

Installation Policy

It is company policy for A&L to install all screens for retail customers, a delivery only option is not available at this time. Installation will take place within 2-4 weeks from the date you place your order online provided payment is made within 24 hours of receiving the request for payment email from A&L.

Please note, installation of screens is subject to safety compliance requirements being met. Screens cannot be fitted to windows within stairwells if the window cannot be reached safely without the use of scaffold or ladders. Refunds and Returns Policy

As screens are custom made to your order specification, A&L will not accept a change-of-mind return of any screening product once an order has been paid for. Refunds and returns will only be processed where the screens have not been supplied to the documented specification due to A&L error, in which case the Customer will be entitled to a full Refund or resupply of the screens to the correct specification. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of agreement of the refund by both parties.

Security Policy

When making a payment to A&L, your financial details are protected by SSL encryption and bank grade infrastructure via secure payment gateway Windcave. A&L do not keep any record of your financial information. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact us.
